Greeting to all. I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one who has contributed in any way to make this year a successful one. Our mathematics and Physics department handle by 6 very capable teachers who have endeavored through the year pushing their students in achieving their ultimate dream of having more students passing mathematics and Physics. The department undertook some important task this such as took part in Team mathematics competition and year 13 qualified to national finals. I wish to thank the school principal for all the guidance and development. I also wish to convey our sincere thanks to the vice principal and assistant principal for their continued support, especially in counselling the students when need. At this junction I would thank the department teachers for their hard work and dedication, for coping well with the changes and carrying out the responsibilities as expected. Finally, on behalf of the mathematics department, i am positive that our students will improve the results and the standards at all levels, ultimately leading to the achievement of the vision of mathematics department.
